What is Rent.?

How does automatic payment tracking work?

Set up email forwarding from your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.). When your tenant pays via ATH Movil, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, the confirmation email is parsed and the payment is recorded automatically. You can also accept ACH bank transfers directly.

Does my tenant get access?

Yes. Each tenant gets their own portal to view upcoming payments, invoices, payment history, and submit service deduction requests. They can also make payments directly via bank transfer.

Can I manage multiple properties?
